Normally when I write a letter like this, I am complaining about something, but this is not the case here. On January 15th of this year, I had scheduled an appointment with Craig's to have the headlight shields on our Camry polished (light output was dim). Since we live near Greensburg, we are fifty miles away from Madison. As such we couldn't drop off our vehicle and pick it up later. When we got there, the people in the body shop told me it would take a couple of hours to complete the work. I then asked the service department person if it would be possible to loan me a vehicle for a couple of hours. They did. I just want to express our satisfaction with the service we received. The body shop and service personnel were extremely courteous and very professional. The work was done excellent. The last two vehicles that we have purchased have been at Craig Toyota and then the service is like what I described, there is a good possibility that we will one day return for a third one. Thank you!

The car is great, and as I said before, I plan on driving it until the wheels fall off. There is something I don't like about it (not your fault), the rear end is light and if it is windy it seems to sway. It makes me feel insecure in the freeways, but I am a careful driver and I think it will be fine. Thinking about removing the spoiler to see if that helps. I tell everyone about my experiance with buying the car from you. One of the best I have had. We have had some bad experiences from the dealer down the road from you. (that is where we got the truck). Bad experience 1: Husband over heard a dealer use the N-ward when he saw some African American customers approaching the store. Bad experiance 2:When I went to check out a few cars from them, they made assumptions about me(went straight to my husband 1st thinking he was buying,every car they had supposedly was owned by "an old lady that took really good care of the car". They showed all the wrong cars for me wanting more than what the car looked to be worth. They test drove my mini van and talked on the cell while driving it, like I would be ok with that, then when I didn't like any of the cars they showed me they began cussing), I guess they thought I had never bought a car before. You were very nice, seemed like you cared about what you sold me. You didn't try pressuring me into buying a car. You actully said that you never want to put a person in a care they don't like. You said that after spending days looking for the right car for me. When I turned down that car you were still very nice to me. I went to the dealer down the road and had the above experience. The next day I had to call you and except that car. I have driven it for three years now and am as happy with it now as I was the day you sold it to me. Mike, the Business Manager, handled our paperwork. He was extremely polite and explained every part of the contract and lifetime warranty. Usually after the paperwork is signed the salesman puts the tag on the car and his business is finished, but not with Bill Sullivan. He continued his service by setting my phone into the radio system and loading my contacts for wireless service. He explained every button and answered every question until we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this salesman and dealership to my friends, family and contacts. This was our first time buying from this dealership but we will definitely be back!!! I didn't really plan on buying a car, I was actually beginning to look for a car for my daughter for work this summer. I only buy a car every 10-12 years because I hate the buying process with the typical process and typical high pressure salesmen. Guess I had never been to Craig Toyota before. When my boss mentioned he had just bought his second vehicle with a phone call after seeing it on line, I checked out their website and started to research vehicles. I contacted Dave Tingle through email and a couple of emails later decided to look at the car. I test drove it on Saturday and mentioned I would think about it over the week end (remember I wasn't even looking for a car)and would check financing options with my bank and credit union on Monday. Dave mentioned that Toyota had financing that could not be beat on the Hybrid Camry, and he was right! Finally, I have to mention that Dave Tingle went above and beyond in every way as my salesperson. He was patient and answered my many questions and never pressured me at all to make the purchase. By the time I had bought my car, I knew that I wanted to buy another car for my daughter from him so the deal would be as easy as mine was and it was! After describing to him her situation, our price range and her ability to make payments, he found us a Corolla in a few days. Before we had a chance to check it out. my daughter had already been to a few places in the city. I reluctantly went to see what she had found. one dealership bragged about their inventory but said they couldn't negotiate on any of the cars or they would lose money. They also offered financing at a high rate of interest. Another dealer said they could only finance short term at 19% interest. We were definitely coming back to Craig Toyota! Dave was like a nice "uncle" and spent lots of time talking to my daughter about keeping up her payments and her service and encouraged her to look into the great finance deals Toyota offers for college grads when she graduates. Toyota tries to help their customers in so many ways. So in a matter of two weeks, we bought not one but two vehicles from Craig Toyota and could not be happier with both cars as well as the sales and service experience. I have recommended Craig Toyota to every one who wants to hear about my new hybrid Camry and am not surprised that I hear a lot of them only buy from Craig Toyota as well.
